inewtrition devised a plan to scale for growth and successfully led the company from being a quick-service restaurant to an award-winning wholesale natural health food company in the food service industry. Under Raphaëlle’s leadership, the company built out a production facility and later partnered with a national co-packer, which resulted in the company acquiring prominent food service accounts.
Raphaëlle was instrumental in developing product line extensions, which repeatedly increased year-over-year sales by as much as two- or three-hundred per cent. With strong connections and in-depth knowledge of the food service industry, Raphaële helped the company launch its product into schools, universities, and hospitals, which now constitute up to two thirds of the company’s annual revenue.
