While we do everything we can to guarantee the safety of your personal information, you also have to remember that details such as your email address are being sent over the Internet, and as such we cannot 100% guarantee the security of these; you send information to us over the Internet at your own risk.
Once we get hold of your information, however, we do everything we can to secure it on our systems through the use of secure servers and security certificates (SSL).
All payments are handled and processed via our payment partners Stripe. We do not hold any credit card details on our website.
Use of ‘cookies’
These cookies don’t collect any individual identification data, but rather just statistical insights about the sites you visit and what your online behaviour and patterns are. Transferring your details outside of the EU

4.1 Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions govern Innovive Ltd advertising (“Ads”). This Agreement is entered by and between Innovive Ltd and the advertiser (or agency acting on their behalf) who desires to place advertisements on the Innovive website. This agreement sets forth the specific terms of the arrangement including the type of ad display, services rendered by owner, payment for advertising and any ad content which is prohibited.
4.2 Advertising Materials
All ads on Innovive must fit must be deemed relevant and appropriate by the Innovive team and provide information that aligns with the Innovive platform.
All ads must be relevant, clear functional and easy to interact with.
All ads must meet the following technical requirements 290 pixels wide by 193 pixels high at 72pixel resolution for sidebar ads, 1280 pixels by 75 pixels for banner ads.
The Advertiser will, at its sole cost and expense, create and deliver all advertising materials required for any Ad.
Innovive Ltd does not allow ads which make you download anything. If you see an ad which does this, please let us know and we will switch it off as soon as possible.
All ads must be deemed relevant and appropriate by the Innovive Team.
All blog/newsletter features must fit with Innovive Ltd philosophy of ‘free references, best practices or trainings’ and must be deemed relevant and appropriate by the Innovive Team.
If at any time an advertiser would like to modify its content, it shall provide a written request (email) to Innovive Ltd specifying in detail the modification desired. Innovive Ltd shall within a reasonable time, apply the modifications to the content.
4.3 Advertiser Responsibility
The advertiser (or agency acting on their behalf) is responsible for any liability arising out of or relating to any ad or advertising materials provided by the advertiser or agency or any materials to which users can link through the ad (Linked Content). In no event will Innovive Ltd be liable for any loss of profits, loss or corruption of data or information or economic loss or for any indirect or consequential loss, costs damages charges or expenses arising out of or on connection an advertisement.
The advertiser guarantees that no ad or part of an ad, advertising material or linked content will:
• Infringe on third party copyright, patent, trademark or other proprietary rights.
• Promote the sale of counterfeit goods or equipment.
• Promote products or services that cause injury, harm or damage.
• Promote untrustworthy business practices.
• Violate any laws or regulations including false advertising and unfair competition.
• Be defamatory, libellous or discriminatory.
• Contain viruses or other harmful programming or malicious routines
• Make you download anything.
• Have content promoting the use of tobacco or illegal substances or have pornographic or obscene content or have inappropriate language.
• Promote discrimination of any type.
Innovive Ltd reserves the right to review and approve the suitability of the Advertisement submitted. Innovive Ltd may reject or cancel any Advertisement for any reason which it
believes in good-faith to be detrimental. If Innovive Ltd rejects an advertisers ‘Ad’ or terminates its display, then the agreement between Innovive Ltd and the advertiser shall be terminated, and Innovive Ltd will return any prepaid advertising fees to Client.
4.4 Disclaimer and Liabilities
Innovive Ltd does not accept any warranty of any kind in the event of any error or malfunction in the display of any ad. Innovive Ltd’s sole responsibility will be to redisplay the ad as soon as is reasonably practicable.
4.5 Terms of Payment
Ad and blog/newsletter payments are in advance unless Innovive Ltd agrees otherwise.
Payment is by Stripe if it is operational in your country. If you do not have access to PayPal Innovive Ltd will provide bank transfer details.
On receipt of payment Innovive Ltd will post the ad within one week.
If the advertiser desires to remove the Advertisement from Innovive prior to the end of the agreed period, the advertiser must request this through Innovive Ltd by email. No refund will be made for early withdrawal of Advertisement unless Innovive Ltd agrees otherwise.
